HAMISH JANSEN

With over 15 years dedicated to gym training and over two decades mastering multiple martial arts, my passion for functional fitness aims at achieving peak performance across multiple fitness domains simultaneously.

Currently in the final stages of my Exercise and Sport Science degree, my academic journey harmonises seamlessly with my practical expertise and dedication to crafting an innovative fitness system. 

This academic pursuit has been instrumental in refining and elevating my programming skills, amplifying my ability to design an effective fitness system that bridges theory with real-world application.

Drawing from years of diverse training and academic pursuits, my skill set extends to crafting tailored fitness programmes and conducting specialised conditioning workouts.

My goal is simple yet profound: to craft a system that demystifies fitness progression. It's not just about workouts; it's about empowering individuals to unlock their full fitness potential in every domain.
