With over 15 years of strength and conditioning experience combined with two decades in combat sports, my approach to human performance is rooted in biomechanical analysis and evidence-based training methodologies. This unique combination of practical expertise and scientific understanding drives my passion for optimising athletic performance through precise, measurable metrics.
Currently completing my Exercise and Sport Science degree, my recent focus has been on force-velocity profiling and its applications in strength development. This academic pursuit has deepened my understanding of movement mechanics, power production, and the quantitative aspects of performance enhancement.
By leveraging cutting-edge technology and biomechanical principles, I help athletes understand and optimize their force production capabilities through data-driven programming.
